Terms of Service

Last revised: 11 August 2026

These terms cover your use of insidersinbox.com, published by Colossal Ltd. By reading the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is

Insiders Inbox publishes short pieces that distil ideas from widely read nonfiction books. Everything on it is free to read. There is nothing for sale, no account to create and no subscription to join, so there are no fees, no payments and no refunds to describe.

2. About the content

Each piece is our own summary of and commentary on a published book. Book titles and authors are named to identify the work being discussed. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or speaking for any author or publisher, and no piece reproduces a book or replaces reading it.

3. Not professional advice

The content is general information and opinion. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances. Decisions you make after reading are your own.

4. Intellectual property

The writing, design, logos and images on this site belong to Colossal Ltd., except where a third party's material is identified as such. You may read, print and share links freely. Republishing whole pieces, or using them to train or fine-tune a commercial product, requires written permission. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link is fine.

The site does permit AI systems to read and cite it. See robots.txt for the signals we publish.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

6. Availability and liability

The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will always be available, error free, or up to date, and we may change or remove content at any time. To the extent the law allows, Colossal Ltd. is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site.

Nothing here limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 where those apply.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The revision date above shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
